TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.
 All requested information in the Golf Booking Form must be completed in full. Incomplete form will not be accepted.
2.
 Only PCWF members are allowed to make golf bookings.
* Honorary and Associate Members of JOM and SPOM who wish to make use of this service must also be a valid PCWF member

** Please call : 65575758 / 69 if you wish to be a PCWF member

3.
 The PCWF membership card must be produced at the Sembawang Country Club for verification.
4.
 Each member is allowed to invite up to a maximum of seven (7) guests.
5.
 Guests must be accompanied by a member. The member shall at all times be responsible for the conduct and all incidental charges incurred by his guest/s.
6.
 All members and their guests must observe the rules and regulations as laid down by the Sembawang Country Club. Golfers must observe proper golfing etiquette at the golf course and driving range. Proper golfing attires must be worn.
7.
 Availability of requested flight is based on first-come-first-served basis. Confirmation of availability of flight shall be sent to the member via email.

 All bookings must be made via : www.jom.org.sg or fax to :63563949

9.

No phone/direct email bookings shall be entertained.
10.
 Normal booking can only be made 8 days (including Saturday / Sundays & Public Holidays) in advance of day of play. Booking made more than 8 days in advance shall not be accepted. Payment must be made in full within 3 days upon confirmation otherwise the booking shall be considered void.
11.
 Last minute booking is accepted only if requested flight is available. Such bookings must be made in person and payment in full must be made on same day of booking.
12.
 The following fees are payable: 
MEMBER
 S$35 (Monday to Friday)
S$55 (Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday)

GUEST
 S$70.62 (Monday to Friday - morning flight)
S$81.32 (Monday to Friday - afternoon flight)
S$120.91 (Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays)




* Guest fees are payable at Sembawang Country Club 
* Kindly note that the above rates are inclusive of 7% GST.

 Only cash (to be made in person) or cheque payment is accepted. Payments can be made between 9am to 5pm (Mon -Fri) at :-

14.
 No refund of fees shall be entertained.
15.
 Cancellation policy:
- Two days in advance for weekdays (Monday to Friday) flights
- Three days in advance for weekend (Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday) flights
16.
 For ‘No Show’ and late cancellations, the following penalty fees will apply:
- Monday to Friday : $72.76 per flight
- Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday : $111.28 per flight
17.
 JOM and SPOM reserves the right to reject any booking and/or request without furnishing any reason whatsoever.
18.
 JOM and SPOM shall not be liable for any damages or loss suffered by the member and his guest/s arising as a result of or in anyway relating to any acts or omission by anyone concerning his use of facilities at the Sembawang Country Club.
