Introduction

JOM will officially take over from Police Welfare Division the administration of Police Central Welfare Fund (PCWF)'s Pulai Springs Resort (PSR) Golf membership with effect from 1 February 2011. While both SPOM and JOM will co-share the cost of the monthly membership subscriptions, JOM will manage the day to day administration of the booking of golf flights with ownership of the PSR Golf membership still residing with the PCWF. In addition to SPOM and JOM members, PCWF, SPRA and VSC members will also be eligible to book the golfing facilities.

Usage of golfing cards shall be as follows:

•  Weekdays - 2 Flights

•  Weekends/PH & Eve of PH - 1 Flight

Members must bring along their valid membership cards for identification when visiting PSR.

There is no credit facility at PSR. Only cash payments are accepted for all purchases / food / drinks.

Booking Procedures

•  Bookings shall be made via the JOM website ( www.jom.org.sg ) or by fax to the JOM Office at 6356 3949.

•  SPOM, JOM and paying PCWF members are allowed to make their booking up to two (2) weeks in advance. SPRA/VSC members may book up to one (1) week in advance.

•  All bookings shall be made at least 3 working days in advance. Late bookings will not be entertained.

•  Upon PSR's confirmation, a JOM staff will immediately inform the member if his/her booking was successful either via email or through telephone.

•  Members are required to collect the Authorization Letter from JOM office during office hours, i.e. 8am – 6.30pm .

•  On arrival at PSR, members shall produce their valid JOM, SPOM, PCWF, SPRA or VSC Membership Cards and the Authorization Letter for identification purposes without demand.

•  PSR will verify the particulars of members against the application forms submitted by JOM office before tee-off.

•  Booking of golf is based on first-come-first-served basis. Members may consult with JOM staff in-charge via email or telephone on flight availability. However, all bookings shall only be made through the prescribed form.

•  Management reserves the right to reject any booking and / or request without furnishing any reason whatsoever.

•  Management shall not be liable for any damages and/or loss suffered by the member and his guests as a result of or any relating to any acts and/or omission by anyone concerning his use of facilities at PSR.

•  Cancellation Policy

- All cancellations shall be at done at least 3 working days in advance.

- A penalty of S$40/- per flight will be imposed for late cancellations.

l) ‘No Show' Policy

•  A penalty of S$40/- per flight will be imposed on members who fail to turn up for their flight.

m) Administration Fees

- An administration fee of S$10/- per flight shall be imposed on SPRA and VSC members.
